New rule as of June 2024 because of all the garbage barrels we are being sent.
If you’re sending a barrel for a contour that is already threaded – if the threads are .003 concentric and less we will do the job. Anything beyond that you will be charged $40 for checking the threads and the barrel will be sent back on your dime unless you want it shortened and rethreaded.
We will adapt your barrel to accept our custom made collar for any of the Allen Engineering or OPS INC Suppressors. Price includes required contouring, 1 custom collar and threading. Don’t send us your collar, we won’t use it. This is not a customizable service.
***We cannot do all pencil contour barrels. The contoured barrel area must be a larger OD than the threads enough that it can be reduced to contour a shoulder.
The lengths and dimensions are based on the math needed to mount the suppressor properly based on the length of the barrel. If you are sending a barrel you want cut down, be sure to note length in comment section at checkout. i.e. 20″ barrel cut to 16″.
